Important Notice Regarding Unauthorized Use of MCA’s Information

Mitsui Chemicals America, Inc. (“MCA”) has become aware that certain cosmetic and personal-care products are being marketed, sold, or distributed in packaging that falsely identifies MCA as the U.S. representative for such products, suggests that MCA is otherwise involved with them, or displays MCA’s address or telephone number without MCA’s authorization.

MCA is not affiliated in any way with these products. MCA did not manufacture, market, sell, or distribute them and has not authorized the use of its name, address, telephone number, or other company information in connection with them.

MCA is investigating the unauthorized use of its information and is taking appropriate steps to address the matter.

Consumers who purchased these products should contact the seller, payment provider, or sales platform through which the purchase was made regarding any charges, refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, product concerns, or related issues. Because MCA did not process these transactions, MCA is unable to assist with or respond to inquiries concerning refunds, subscription cancellations, or any other matters relating to the purchase or use of these products.
